I love this place. It gives me that slice of the islands food I can't really get anywhere else near home. She always remembers who I am when I come in and what sides I don't want them to waste on me.
I'm island born and raised, and this place is probably the best representation of island style dining and food in the PNW. Great service and atmosphere, and the food is amazing and affordable. This is my top recommendation if someone wants island food.
literally so amazing, best food hawaiian food I have ever had and at such a great price! Service is wonderful:-) if you don't typically dine at non-white people places this may be a little too out of your comfort zone, but you should suck it up and eat here

I had the bbq chicken, ordered my daughter the chicken katsu, husband had a burger and we got spam and chicken musubi. It was all really good and worth the money. Everyone left clean plates. Friendly and hospitable service too. We will be back.
Absolutely love this place! Been coming here for at least 10 years. My favorite dish of course is the Mochi Chicken. I've tried at other restaurants, but no one can beat theirs. And their plates? Perfect portions of rice, Mac and whatever main entree you choose. I even eat the shredded vegetables that it all sits on top of. I would've posted pics, but once that plate is served I forget. Yup, it's that delicious!
Great prices and food. I had the loco moco and my boyfriend had the ribs, and we shared a musubi. We decided to eat in, the atmosphere wasn't the best but the service was good.
Just had it for the first time today and it is the closest to home (Hawaii) that I have been in a long time. The food was very hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Weill definitely make the drive for this place again! P.S. Loco Moco is yum!
